I will give you a fully customized massage that may include techniques of Swedish massage which can include effluerage (long flowing strokes), petrissage (kneading) and tapotement (tapping and/or light percussion). This will relax and soften tissue.  Additionally, some trigger point therapy or deeper pressure or vibration may be used to release knots or stiffness to relieve pain and discomfort. Compression may also be beneficial and included.

The medium I use is a high quality lotion and infused with muscle relaxation oil & essential oils.

All 90 minute sessions may include stretching as needed or desired.

 This massage is a gentle, relaxing massage for the Mother-to-be.  The numerous benefits include reduced anxiety, reduced swelling, decreased symptoms of depression, relieve back and sciatic pain, improved circulation & better sleep.  Regular prenatal massage can assist in a shorter, easier labor.
